Fitzwilliam Consulting was set up in 2005 to provide consultancy services in business transformation, programme management and outsourcing for large corporates. Client engagements have varied enormously from providing strategic outsourcing advice to running projects across Europe for global businesses.

More recently our portfolio has expanded to include executive coaching, working with teams and individuals, and services for small and medium sized enterprises providing hands-on support for entrepreneurial business owners.

We relish challenge and enjoy the opportunity to make a real difference through working with you. We have an open and honest style, and a reputation for challenging the norm and putting together pragmatic solutions that can be delivered effectively and on time.

Our principals, Alison and Dominic, manage all consulting and coaching programmes. Where a larger team is required we operate with a network of trusted partners who have the same ethics and values of integrity and professionalism. Our partners have been gained over the years through personal experience of working with them.
